User Data Deletion Policy

Overview
Plum Media respects users' rights to control their data. Users may request deletion of their account and associated information at any time.
Data Deletion Request
Users may request data deletion by:
- Sending an email to team@plum-media.com (with subject line as "Request to Delete My Data")
- Contacting support through the platform
The request should include the account email address and business name associated with the account.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize:
- Account information
- Connected social media credentials and tokens (including Facebook and Instagram)
- Uploaded brand assets
- Generated content stored within our systems
- Associated usage records where legally permitted
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
Data stored on third-party services connected by the user may remain subject to those providers' policies. Users may need to separately remove permissions from those platforms.
Confirmation
Once deletion is completed, we will provide confirmation to the user through their registered email address.
